Notifications not working

Missed a few days worth of sms before realizing that the issue is with the app and not Google. Verifying that 2 step notifications work yielded no results. Had to remove app and reinstall it for it to start working again. This has happened a couple of times. Not reliable. Id rather not switch to any competing google voice apps as this is the best designed of the bunch, but if it happens again I will.
