Poor App, Very Buggy

Ive been using the app for a while now and was initially reluctant to make a purchase of this price.

Now, several months later, the issues have worsened. Authentication problem every day. I have to delete and add back my account at minimum, 4-5 times daily.

In addition, to get help, you have to register which takes forever to get approved. I paid for the stupid app! You should have in-app support, not a stand alone support you have to sign into. I mean seriously, have you been addressing all the app issues?
